Aged Balsamic Vinegar

Our balsamic condimento is of the highest quality and is made in Modena, Italy from kettle cooked, high quality caramelized grape must from Trebbiano grapes.  Our Traditional Style Condimento is one of the few in existence which actually contains grape must that was cooked over an open wood fire in copper kettles and aged in charred wood barrels.  There are no added thickeners, color, artificial caramel flavor, or refined sugars added to our balsamic condimento.
