Black Cherry Balsamic Ketchup

12 oz Tomato Paste

1/2 c brown sugar

1/2 tsp ground mustard

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 pinches ground clove

2 pinches allspice

1 pinch of cayenne pepper 

2/3 c water

4 TBSP TTOV's Black Cherry Aged Balsamic

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Taste it to make sure your flavor combination is correct.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Leave overnight for the flavors to develop. 

Ketchup will last for 4 weeks in the fridge.
