California Caprese Salad

1/4 cup chopped fresh Basil

1/4 cup chopped fresh Parsley

1 ripe Avocado sliced

5 Tbsp TTOV's Whole Fruit Persian Lime Olive Oil

2 medium ripe tomatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick

1/2 lbs fresh mozzarella, sliced 1/4 inch thick

Galena Garlic Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Chop fresh basil and parsley fine and mix with olive oil.  Arrange tomato, avocado and mozzarella on serving plate.  Drizzle with herbed oil mixture and sprinkle with sea salt and fresh ground pepper.  For added flavor sprinkle with Taste the Olive Aged 18 Year Traditional Balsamic.
