2nd course -Spicy Peanut Ramen- paired with Kizakura, Tozai Snow Maiden Saké from Kinki, Japan.
3rd course - Asian Crab Cakes with Mango Chutney - paired with Hunky Dory Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand.
4th course - Chicken Yakitori and Sticky Rice - paired with with Laurent Perrachon, Beaujolais - Villages from Burgundy, France.
Dessert - Mango Rice Pudding - paired with Ozeki, Cloudy Nigori Saké from California.
