A Taste of Bacon - Wine Dinner Event

“You know, it's hard to beat bacon any time of the day!”

Join us for a wine dinner event that will bring you a Taste of Bacon...and beyond. Chef D will be preparing these Bacon-inspired dishes, each paired with a wonderful wine from the 3-Keys portfolio. This event will be on Wednesday, February 9th at 6:30pm. Price is $69/person (+tax/gratuity) with a $20 non-refundable deposit.

1st course - Warmed Bacon maple vinaigrette salad. Succulent spinach topped with delicious bacon, warm maple balsamic dressing, and crisped shallots

Paired with Jean-Marie Reverdy et Fils, Sauvignon Blanc

2nd course - Prosciutto wrapped asparagus bunches, Seasoned Provence style and drizzled with Neapolitan herb reduction

Paired with Kate Arnold, Pinot Noir

3rd course - Prosciutto wrapped pork tenderloin with black cherry balsamic sauce and drizzled in garlic aioli

Paired with Finca Don Carlos Calathus, Cab Franc

4th course - Roasted pears with fresh Sage cuttings, bacon bits, and finished with Rosemary EVOO and Elderflower balsamic

Paired with Decoded, Chardonnay
