1st Course - Crostini with Green Apple and Prosciutto - paired with De Paolo, Delle Venezie, Rosato Frizzante from Veneto
2nd Course - Green Tomato & Cucumber Salad - with blood orange, ricotta, and fennel - paired with Villa San Zeno, Pinot Grigio from Veneto
3rd Course - Cozze Fra Diavolo - succulent mussels drenched in a spicy, garlicy tomato sauce - paired with Produttori Valtiglione, Barbera d'Asti from Piedmont
4th Course - Maile Puttanesca with Polenta - tender pork loin with savory puttanesca sauce, served over creamy polenta - paired with Via Castello, Montecucco Rosso from Tuscany
