About the Event

First Course: Alsatian, cheese flatbread "Flammkuchen"- prepared with country onions, Jamón Serrano, and fresh grated Gruyère cheese.   Paired with our Crustaces white blend from Alsace, France

Second Course:  Salad Niçoise -  Succulent pieces of tuna, hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, new poatoes, green beans, and finished in our own house made French vinaigrette.  Paired with our Provençal Mont Gravet rosé

Third Course: Coq Au Vin -  a French dish of chicken, braised with wine, lardons, mushrooms, and garlic. It will be accompanied with traditional Lyonnaise potatoes.  Paired with our Domaine Justin Girardin, Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Fourth Course: Our Pièce de résistance! We will be featuring our Peaches and Cream Crème Brûlée. This delightful dessert is rich and smooth with hints and flavors of spring running thru it. Paired with our Veuve Devienne sparkling rosé!
