About the Event
Chef D will be serving:
German pancakes fried with fresh herbs and served with traditional Quark for dipping!
Jagerschnitzel with Hunters gravy and Mushroom spatzle!
Spaghettieis - a German ice cream dish made to look like a plate of spaghetti. In the dish, vanilla ice cream is extruded through a modified SpƤtzle press or potato ricer.
