About the Event
Hawaiian Line-up:
Rumaki - a traditional dish consisting of marinated protein or fruit, water chestnuts, and wrapped in crispy bacon.
Hawaiian Chicken - tender chicken breasts marinated in soy sauce, honey ginger balsamic, and lime EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
Island Slaw - crispy green cabbage, celery, carrots, cashews, tossed in peanut butter, sesame oil, and thai lemongrass mint white balsamic
Ono Butter Mochi - traditional Hawaiian dessert made with Coconut white balsamic, coconut flakes, Butter EVOO in a rice flour base
