1st Course - Caprese Bruschetta
2nd Course - Roasted Red Pepper & Sun Dried Tomato Bisque
3rd Course - Watercress, Arugula & Fennel Salad with oranges and dried cranberries
Main Course Option 1- Burgundy Cherry Duck Breast with roasted, red smashed potatoes or asparagus
