Menu:
1st course - Spicy mussels with chorizo, roasted onion, sautéed garlic, tomato harissa white wine sauce paired with Bodegas Latue Rosado
2nd course - Albondigas - meatballs with herb seasoning in a chipotle sauce paired with Noster red blend from Priorat.
3rd course - Cordero Asado - roasted lamb shanks with garlic, herbs, and lemon juice with fingerling rosemary potatoes - paired with Luis Alegre Tempranillo Reserva from Rioja
4th course - Torrijas - french bread soaked in cream, cinnamon, honey, orange peel zest and topped with powdered sugar and berries paired with a VallDolina Cava & Elderflower spritzer
