About the Event
Chef D will be teaching and discussing the history, health benefits, and what consumers need to know when purchasing extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Lunch will be served during the class:
>Succulent and fresh Green apple, honey, and walnut Brushcetta
>Warmed Caesar Salad with traditional dressing served up in a unique way!
>Grilled Caprese Panini with balsamic glaze reduction and basil pesto.
