About the Event

If the way to a man's (or woman's) heart is indeed through their stomach, do not miss this event. Chef Josh will be preparing this 5-course prix fixe dinner, with a main course option of either Filet Mignon with broccolini or French-style Salmon with leeks and lemon-dill beurre blanc. Suggested wine pairings and flights will be provided and available for purchase, as well.
1st course - Succulent mussels in a wheat beer & honey broth with Fresno chilis and a Basil olive oil crostini
2nd course - Strawberry Fields salad with cucumbers, feta cheese, shallots, and almonds on a bed of mixed greens
3rd course - Creamy Potato and Leek Soup
Main course - Option1: Filet Mignon with a garlic, shallot, and parsnip sauce, served with broccolini and roasted potatoes (bacon wrapped optional)
3oz - $55 / 6oz - $62 / bacon + $3
Main course - Option2: French-style salmon with leeks and potatoes in a buttery, lemon-dill burre blanc sauce
6 oz - $49
Dessert: Kiwi Chia Pudding with plump blueberries
