Stuffed peppadew peppers - These South African piquante peppers are stuffed with basil/pesto and vegetarian mozzarella cheese from Kind Cutures, then tossed in Tuscan Herb EVOO and drizzled with Traditional 18-year aged balsamic. Garnished with micro greens from Wholesome Greens.
Southwestern smoked Portobello mushroom tacos - Marinated Portobello mushrooms in adobo and chipotle sauce, grilled with bell peppers, refried black beans, topped with pickled red onion, vegan cilantro crema, and purple cabbage.
Butternut squash pudding - These little creamy delights are from the heart of the South! It doesn't get much better than this tasty dessert during our fall season! Featuring our Butter EVOO and Maple balsamic vinegar.
