Wine at the Vine - Chardonnay Tasting
This month's tasting takes us back and forth between new world and old world wine making. We'll learn about malolactic fermentation and finish up with a small tasting of Churchill’s motivation to save France and discuss Methode Champenoise. $30 person/ $10 Non-refundable deposit

About the Event
This month's tasting takes us back and forth between new world and old world wine making. We learn about malolactic fermentation and the winemaker's decision "to Oak or not to Oak". We’ll finish up with a small tasting of Churchill’s motivation to save France and discuss Methode Champenoise. Class will be led by Chris Menker of Advintage Distributing, a 14-year wine industry veteran.
The wines will be 1.5 oz pours accompanied with a small plate of cheese and fruit bites, to complement the tasting.
