Made with White Trebbiano Grape must, our White Peach Balsamic undergoes the cooking and barrel aging process of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena but is not caramelized therefore it retains its white color. The result is a crisp vinegar with a touch of sweetness reminiscent of handcrafted vinegar's of Northern Italy. 4% acidity

Peach Infused White Balsamic

  • Mix with our Lime, Lemon, Basil or Garlic olive oils to make a delightful vinaigrette for summer fruit salads. It can be used as a marinade for pork, chicken or drizzled over fish or seafood. Use it to enhance your peach cobbler, preserves or flavor your applesauce! Add to sparkling water for a refreshing spritzer.
