Cinnamon Pear Infused Balsamic

This delightful vinegar is spicy and warm, perfect drizzled over fruit or as a dessert topping. It is wonderful as a glaze for ham, with seared duck breast, or in dressings. Also drizzled over vegetables, salads, tomatoes and strawberries, and in most basting recipes used with chicken and duck. 

Cinnamon Pear Infused Balsamic

  • Serve appetizer style over cream cheese or goat cheese topped with chopped toasted nuts. On French toast, sliced bananas, or grilled angel food cake. Make a pan sauce for grilled lamb or pork chops.
