3rd Course
Boboti – savory African custard with onions, garlic, middle eastern herbs, fresh apples, raisins, TTOV's Fruit Chutney, TTOV's Butter EVOO and a touch of Worcestershire sauce.

South African Pumpkin fritters with caramel sauce
