About the Event
Strawberry and chèvre bruschetta - Strawberry balsamic chutney with creamy goat cheese.
Wild mushroom and herb bruschetta - Portobello, Shitake, and Cremini mushrooms mixed with herbed goat cheese, drizzled with Lemon Olive Oil (EVOO) and a Neapolitan Herb balsamic reduction.
Roasted pumpkin bruschetta - Roasted pumpkin, honey ginger ricotta cheese, arugula, drizzled in Pumpkin Spice white balsamic reduction, and Blood Orange EVOO.
Caramelized onion, cheese, & fig crostini - Parmesan asiago cheese, caramelized onion, fresh sage, and fig jam. Drizzled with Traditional 18-year aged balsamic reduction and Wild Mushroom & Sage EVOO.
