About the Event
Beer and food pairings:
1) Potato perogies with lemon cream sauce fresh green onion, paired with Steeped Emperor's lemon saison.
2) Chicago pizza rolls stuffed with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices with marinara dip, paired with Aperitif Pilsner.
3) Chicago's own Jibarto sandwich, with sliced marinated pork, red onion, lettuce, tomato, and adobe chipotle sauce paired with Juiced lychee IPA.
4) Palmer house blood orange brownie's, candied pecans, and cara cara orange whipped cream, paired with BBA Coffee Cake Imperial Stout.
