About the Event

Take a walk around the Sun as we explore acidity and fruit as only Sauvignon Blanc can deliver.

Let sunlight tingle on the tongue as we learn how soil, sun, and geographical location affect the development of the grape. Class will be led by Chris Menker of Advintage Distributing, a 14-year wine industry veteran.

The wines will be 3 oz pours accompanied with cheese, fruit, and crostini bites, to complement the tasting.
